Mad once said that Yuudai becomes much more friendly when he is drunk, and will also begin laughing hysterically at everything before passing out. He’s had two or three glasses of Japanese alcohol by now… I think it’s starting to kick in. Yuudai is also my Absolute Favorite Character, btw, but all of them are great.
Also, in my head-canon, Taro— being a fish-butcher— has a lot of “The one that DIDN’T get away” stories; so this is the end of one of them. R.I.P. little sea creature.
